Rosegill

The three main houses are located together at the heart of the property, and they share a swimming pool located to the west of the main house. The main barn, principally used for parties, is at the upper right of the photograph.

The houses face the river, and there is a three-car garage to the west, along with a number of barns, including the main barn which has been the site of many a great party, and between parties it is home for sculls from the Christchurch School rowing team.

There are two lakes. The lower lake is about 27 acres and the upper lake is about 45 acres. The private airstrip is 2500' long.
